Just to make sure the suburban yukon xl and escalade take 46oz of freon and 11pag oil?

Doesn't sound like compressor is bad. You'd have high suction and low discharge pressure while it's running if so. With a full charge the suction pressure should be 30-35 and high side at least 150 depending on temperature and condenser airflow.

I wouldn't take to the dealer though unless there's no reputable shops in your area. No extra value for the premium.

Not sure on the exact charge for your esky. No additional oil needed unless you had a major loss.

I wonder if you found the fix? I have the exact issue with 2003. The line is very cold going into the cabin but warm at the return, front and back happened at the same time out of the blue.
low side around 40 and high 200 when compressor running 105 deg outside.
