I came here for some education before buying my first Tahoe last week and now that I have it I thought I better join and maybe participate a bit. Been a long time since I owned a Chevy truck but after the horrid luck I have had with my latest Ford it was time to try something different. I wasn't looking for anything new, just something older, and decent that I could still work on relatively easy. Came to the conclusion that at least in this area older Tahoes are cheaper than decent older pickups.

Well here is what I stumbled into. '95 LS with 184,000 miles on it. Been very well cared for and in the same family and always garaged since '96. She's been parked for almost 2 years. Have a few things I need to work on but nothing serious....at least yet. Minimal rust, 1 dent. $2200

Did I do good???
