Maybe if you backed the car into the trailer it would take some off the tongue weight off, but it might cause it to sway if there's not enough tongue weight.

Yeah... i think im just gonna move it back about 6" and load the extra stuff I brought (2 wheels with tires for the escalade, just in case) behind the car. Also have a set of firehawk wheels in the trailer that im selling down here... so they wont be in it.

Well the event is over... car has been loaded back up. Went about 5 inches further back to pull a lil weight off of the tongue.

Off the towing topic... had a blast racing. Won my class and also was presented with a thanku plaque for being the title sponsor of the event...

Just made it home and was wondering... should the air bags be able to level that out???

Keep in mind, 7k of trailer and car are still attached.

Ok... im gonna need to chexk the sensor rod then, cause they pump up but stop once they are full... bo actual lift occurs when the compressor is running.
