Hello I will introduce you to the GM Tech2 diagnostic scanner and provide you with some useful information about the device.

GM Tech2 is a versatile diagnostic scanner that supports on-board diagnostics on all GM systems from 1992 to the current year. It also has software options for other brands such as Opel, Holden, SAAB, Suzuki, and Isuzu. With its comprehensive diagnostic software and features, GM Tech2 is a reliable tool for diagnosing and programming late model GM vehicles.

Here are some key features and benefits of the GM Tech2 scanner:

1. Multi-language support: The scanner supports various languages including English, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese.

2. Easy updates: The scanner can be updated via a 32MB Software Card, so you can always stay up-to-date with the latest version by simply purchasing a new card.

3. Wide car model coverage: GM Tech2 supports GM, SAAB, Opel, Suzuki, Isuzu, and Holden vehicles.

4. Extensive diagnosis coverage: It can diagnose vehicles from 1992 to 2014, and with the help of the Tis2000 software, it can also perform programming for cars before the year 2007.

Please note that the GM Tech2 scanner is designed for 12V cars only and does not support trucks. However, it does support GM/SAAB/OPEL/SUZUKI/ISUZU/HOLDEN Expert/Australia Holden if you select the corresponding software before placing an order.

The Tech 2 is very well known and owned by the folks here with trucks manufactured prior to 2013. You are correct in that the Tech 2 can save hours of diagnostic time and save thousands of repair dollars. My Tech 2 has already paid for itself many, many times over.

The Forum has a spreadsheet with Forum members contact information who own a Tech 2 and are willing to work/help with other Forum members nearby them who don't have a Tech 2 to perform diagnostics. Perhaps, you would consider joining other Forum members on this Tech 2 Owners spreadsheet.

You are preaching to the choir. If there is anyplace/anyone that knows the benefits of the Tech 2, it is here with these forum members. The way this post is worded, it looks like a copy/paste or by someone who works for Tech 2 or GM. Don't get me wrong, very informative and full of great info.
