The heat and HVAC dampers are working, no fuses are burnt out. Going from off to any speed and I can hear a very quiet click from the passenger side, like a relay under the dash is operating but no blower motor at all. I'm thinking it could be a relay or the blower motor itself is broken. Anyone have experience with this system and what was your fix? What do I need to do to access the blower?

Remove the Blower Motor Cover under the Dash on the pass side.

I would start with a new resistor first.
