According to the RPO sticker

The vehicle would be GMC 1998-1999 CK (16), Exhaust System-V8, (L31/5.7R, NF2)

I went ahead and installed my treasure finding of the original exhaust system and the original gasket from delco

With the delco gasket installed

that looks correct it is the link with the cats side by side under the passenger space.

Now the the issue I might run into in the future would be with the filters. Those are ceramic/coal filters and cannot be cleaned. The only way would be full replacement with OEM or gutting the current filters off and installing filter in front of the filters

Any other suggestions?
