I want to buy a drop kit but drop struts and on the rear I guess springs ..around how much for a 2/3 kit?

Maybe this is a stupid question but well here it goes....does the suv's have that famous problem of the pinion angle being thrown off when you lower a tahoe?.

no at tha level has no problem. once you go 6 inchs in the rear i highly recommened the spohn rear bar kit to recenter the rear end.
