I have a 2000 tahoe 5.3

Well since my radiator crapped out, I was in the process of removing it. so i decided to do a flush since i was at it already, I completely forgot to drain it first and all the coolant came out when I removed the thermostat. is there anything down there that could be damaged, because of the coolant?

You should be fine. You'll just smell the coolant fumes until it all dries out or you rinse it off with the hose. Or just take a big cup of water to rinse it off if you don't want to put a hose to your engine.
