07 Yukon Denali w/193k miles
Fuel gauge has started acting wonky (again). When half full or less it reads 7/8. I filled up and now it reads empty. No other issues. Probably the original fuel pump/sender module. I guess its time for a tank drop and replace pump sender module with AC Delco MU1639? Found some good info in the 00-06 area:

I did nothing and fuel guage has been working perfectly for the last 4 tanks of gas and 1100+ miles.
Love the AWD in snow country.
I'm still planning to install a new fuel pump/module soon.

Uh oh, that’s what mine was doing when the carbon pellets were migrating out of the canister.

I'm not having a problem putting gas in? Never have.

Oct of 2018, the previous owner had recently installed a ACDelco/GM23481275 Vapor Canister Vent Valve. Then a month later I replaced the gas cap w/ACDelco# GT330 and the vapor cannister purge valve (located on top of the driver side fwd valve cover) w/ACDelco# 214-1680.

But, I'll plan on blowing the lines out, look in the tank, etc when I do the pump/module.

Thx

I don’t see it in your list but did they replace the canister itself?
