changing wheel bearing

does anyone know the size of nut for the wheel bearing so i can get the proper socket or does anyone know of another tool? its an al wheel drive 04 yukon front left bearing

On my 07 it's like a 32mm nut. Not sure if it'd be the same for yours. Do you happen to have a haynes manual or a chiltons?

Another thing you could do is go on autozone.com and act like you were going to buy that nut and see how big it is according to the description

95% certain that the axle nut is a 36mm and the 3 surrounding bolts are a 17mm or a 19mm, it has been awhile since I did mine though.

I'd have a 17, 19, 35 and a 36 mm on hand, plus what you need for the calipers, you should be fine

ya i found a how to write up on google but for a denali but they said 36mm and the hub assembly part number is the same so i am going to go with that, thx you guys, thats why i love this site

The axle nut is 36mm and the bolts that hold the hub on are 15mm.
