Well I just sold my 22" wheels and now I am looking for something a little more aggressive. I am leaning toward a 2.5" leveling kit (not sure what brand) and a set of 18" wheels with 305/60/18 tires all terrains. The Tahoe is 2 wheel drive and will never leave the pavement so this mod will be totally cosmetic.

I found a set of Black Gunners 6 local that are 18x18.5 with a 25 offset. Honestly I am not sure what the 25 offset will do as I have read some people running a +18 offset. I do not want any rubbing when I turn or have to trim away any of the inner fender.

Curious of others thoughts and opinions on the mod and if other have had success with it. Also what would a 25 offset give me compared to a +18?

Here is how my truck did look. Now I am on 17" stockies.

Thanks Guys.

I have the gunner 6 wheels on my truck in the machined finish. I have 17x8 with +25 offset with a 285/70/17 tire and the front tire is just about flush with the fender the side wall sticks out from the fender but the thread doesn't. The rear is still sucked in a little but a lot better then stock.

The 18x8.5 with +25 offset with a 305 tire will look great. And with a 2.5" leveling kit you should have no problem clearing them with that combination.

Curious. The plan was to go with a 2.5/1" Leveling kit with an 18" rim and a 305/60/18 tire, but curious what is the meatiest all-terrain that I can fit on a 20" rim with no/minimal rubbing?

Also if you are running a similar set-up please post pics.

Thanks Guys.

Im running the CCM kit which is 2.5/1.0 leveling kit with 305's and thats probably the biggest tire your going to fit on a 20 or 18 rim on a NNBS tahoe.
