i forgot to mention, check the driver's and passenger floor boards for damage. in regions with heavy winters, those floor boards become a swimming pool of a wintery salt and water mix that sits there for days and months.

Ditto, when i went to pick up my gov. fleet Tahoe, they hassled me for not be affiliated with an agency and removed the light bar with wire cutters before releasing the truck to me. I got home to find the front foot wells underneath the vinyl we’re soaked with water. Don’t know for how long since vinyl does not breathe. Always a good thing to check.
