Best/Cheapest drop for 03 Denali

Newb here but not new to the auto world just 4x4s. haha I've done a little searching but havn't found an exact answer. I just bought an 03 Denali and want to lower it a bit. I'm just over 116k miles and can tell the suspension is crapping out but I know nothing about the rear air suspension crap that this thing has so what all do I have to do to go about lowering it? I don't want to spend ALOT of money. What's the most common drop setup for this body style?

1lowhoe04 that's a nice drop, but probably a lil too low for me just cause it's kansas and winters can be harsh. I'm thinking probably just a 2/3 drop.

Tony, if I go with this kit what shocks should I get? I what to replace everything for the most part since its all original and at 116k miles now its starting to get rough. Do guys just leave the rear alone since it's auto ride? I've never delt with any factory air ride before so is there anything to do to make the rear better other than replace the air shocks?

Just ordered my DJM 2/3 kit and Bilstein HD's from Summit! Decided to do away with autoride since it's a fortune to replace! Just hope pullin this RTD fuse and neg battery cable thing works to disable it all! Can't wait to get it all installed! Pics to come!
