astEngine Tick When Passing Cars/Walls?

I've got a 2004 tahoe, 5.3 motor. 195K miles, runs great. When driving through a drive thru or past parked cars, theres a noticeable ticking noise. Not super loud, but still noticeable. When I am stopped and rev the engine or have the hood open and rev it, no ticking or abnormal noise. Anyone experience similar issues? Could this be a u joint or bearing somewhere in the drivetrain? Hoping its not a valve/internal motor issue.

Could be pre ignition or known as pinging. Spark knock ect. What type of gas you running?

Regular 87 octane from Shell

Try 93 and see if it stops.
