95 yukon project

ok guys here is the new project. just picked it up for 800$.. it runs and drives and everything is functional including the air.... So here are some pics but i need a little help. I need to convert it to a 2wd....... I have an 89 c1500 truck that could be used as a donor for suspension but i am not sure.......

Not bad for $800. Why convert it to 2wd, though?

Tranny. Is bad and 2wd herre almost impossible to find. And I wanna bag. One off fiberglass interior. Blown motor. Alot of mods.....
