i removed mine a few months ago, i haven't gotten stopped yet. i use a tailgate light bar as my third light. sounds funny but i used light putty epoxy and glazing putty to smpth it out. DOESNT LEAK!!! as for the wires, taped and folded them then pushed them in the hole. i have a pic but it is ****** , will take a better one tomorrow
