I ran into a problem in the process of replacing the rear pads and having the rotors machined.

The star wheel will not turn to allow the parking brake shoes to release enough to get the rotor off. I seems like it is frozen. I shot a little anti-rust solution on it and let it sit but NADA.

I can move the rotor but the shoes are too tight to fully release.

Any thoughts on where I go from here.

Appreciate any feedback!
Tim
