2011 Trim Piece around radio

I have a 2011 Tahoe and the trim piece around the radio is all gouged up. It appears someone maybe tried to pry the radio out during install. Anyways, I am looking for a repalcment. I plan on painting it so as long as the piece is smooth, then the color and condition doesnt matter

I have one out of my 08 not sure if its the same though. Its wood grain.
