2008 Yukon peeling chrome door handles and bad actuators

I haven't seen this Yukon in a while but it's falling apart. Well it's a 2008 and clearly a little bit out of warranty, but if I remember correctly GM was replacing the handles under a service bulletin for 10/100k. Does anyone have a link to that? Also, what about the door actuators failing constantly, any luck with this?

This dealer sucks a big D and the service guy is a huge ******* saying I'm full of it, but with some SB numbers hopefully he'll shut his trap and replace them.
