      Hi GM Customer Service.
      I have a 2015 Yukon SLT that has been in and out of the shop with a lot of the issues listed here in the forums (4WD Service 2x's, Water leaking in taillights, door rattlings). And now I have the loose driver's seat issue. I think I read somewhere that there is TSB or service advisory about switching out the seat bracket. My dealer has been great getting stuff fixed but I don't want them to think I just bring it in for every little thing. I have only had the truck 3 months and it has been in the shop 4 times. Can you set something up so that they have the proper info on the seat bracket replacement before I take it in or is this a common issue that will pop up in their systems?

      Good morning , I have been reading the many issues with the drivers side motor mounts. I have a 08 Yukon Denali with 150,000 highway miles. I just took my vehicle to the dealer to have the drivers side front hub assemby replace and to my suprise I was imformed that the motor mount was cracked and told that it was a 700.00 fix. As someone who has owned nothing but GM products and even work for GM in Georiga I can not beleive that there are so many problems with this motor mount! Never have I had to change a motor mount on any of my previous vehicle. This vehichle is is great shape and while it has high milage I can attest that they are all highway miles as I travel throughout the country doing for our wounded warriors through our veterans foundation. Very dissapointed.

      On my 2015 Tahoe all the power outlets and the usb connects go dead after the key is off and vehicle locked. My 2009 Avalanche they stayed hot. Is there anyway of keeping them with power even after I leave the Tahoe? Can I switch some fuse block wires?

      I just sent you an email, I heard back from my internal resource and they said "No, it cannot be added, Adaptive Cruise is normally paired with Forward Collision Alert. The only way it could be added would be if there was an accessory kit available through parts which at this time does not appear to be available." If we can offer any additional assistance, please let me know.

      Alert Collision is worthless, 2 dealers look at t and agreed with me!!! It needs a GM fix. Still waiting to hear from someone, how abut adapter cruise add on?
