I had that intake on my 07 denali. Didn't notice any difference and hated how close the 'lid' came to the radiator shroud (to get the filter out for cleaning). I wasn't tuned though.
I have an airaid jr now and it was WAY easier to install (still don't notice a SOTP improvement). Next step will be BBP tuning.
