2005 Chevy surburban fans don’t work

when both fans turn on with the temp sensor unplugged proves everything else is working.

id pop that clutch fan off, let the engine get up to temp. like stated they wont come on till 220 or so or unless the ac/defroster is on, as long as the ac works, like you stated its not working.

i did a e fan swap on a 03 gmc 2500 hd. as long as i was moving i could leave the fans off and never pass 210º. thats where gm has set the temp on all their engines it seems.

side note, the ac worked way better with the electric fans installed. and clutch fan removed.

Thanks man. I’m waiting on new compressor and new high pressure side line and new drier to come in and I’m gonna install it. Already put new condenser in.
