2002 escalade with a skip in the IDLE! HELP

Hey everyone!

I have a 2002 Cadi Escalade and I have a small skip in my idle. I have done the fuel filter, plugs wires, pcv valve, throttle body cleaning and MAF cleaning. I out of ideas....
