07+outside mirrors on 01 Tahoe

I'm new to this forum and tried the search function but can't find anything on the topic. So, I have a 01 Tahoe which I'm converting to an '06 Escalade. But I really want thce 07+outside mirrors. Will they fit? And where can I get them(sure not here in Norway). I have looked at ebay but none of them had the lower chrome part.

Any input is very much appreciated.
