    We had the same issue as twashi43 in our 09 Escalade. Fortunately I got it replaced under warranty but they replaced the complete seat cushion and module as you were told.

    If it were me, I would at least look into having Black Flame modify your lights. I like the looks of the ones you linked but these would give you the same look and they could retrofit HID's in at the same time. It can't hurt to at least get a price comparison and see which one you would rather...

    You could also just white vinyl the stock bowtie that you've already got. Would give you the same look and save you a few bucks. :hmmm2:

    That was basically what I was wondering, if there was anything to gain there or not. I knew it did a lot for the standard vehicles but that the Hybrid was in it's own category altogether. Thanks for chiming in! That info was helpful.

    Yeah I ended up putting in the ISimple unit and like you said, there are occasional menu bugs I've noticed but I can live with those for the added functionality.

    I just did the same move myself. Went from my 01 Tahoe to a 2009 Escalade Hybrid. I basically just did what you said and checked the vehicle out (CarFax, etc) before I bought it. So far no regrets, I'm love my Escalade. Now I just need to start figuring out all the mods I want to do.

    If it is like my Escalade, there is a switch to disable/enable it by the moonroof. I'd check there.

    Haha you get used to it for the most part. 100 degrees today. Thanks! A lot of them are black here too.. that or Pearl White. I did NOT want black. As much as I love it, I live on a dirt road and it would never be clean.

    There is not that option. I know with the 07-14 models you could get something like the Lockpick, iSimple devices, or the NAV-TV Barracuda to unlock it however and then view it when you wish. I would check into them to see if they are supporting the 2015 models as well.

    Which is exactly how the aftermarket ones do it as well. I had a set of the aftermarkets on my old 01 Tahoe and there is enough space for all the pressure to vent around the caps.
