I've had my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe for 10 months. Today my Intellilink screen blacked out for the 2nd time. The first time was (2) days after I took possession of the vehicle. The dealer corrected the issue, and I thought it was a done deal. So frustrated to have the screen black out AGAIN!! Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

ours has done it a few times. about 1 time a week. Of course it never duplicates when at the Dealership.

so we call each time and ask that it be logged in the record for the vehicle. I'm hoping that if the radio eventually goes on the fritz, that this will be a history of issues that can be used

only thing that seems to work is turning car off. opening drivers door. then restarting car. that breaks the power circuit and forces radio to reboot

I've seen this issue a few times within the past 6 months with my Tahoe. I've had the dealership check it out but it continues once in a blue. Hopefully someone here may find a solution.

Its the HMI module. I had mine black out and replaced the HMI. No more problems.
