2007 GMC Yukon XL Denali Not Starting

A year ago, I had somewhat the same problem. My truck idled rough, and would stall when coming to a stop. If it did stall, it didn't want to start again for 20-30 minutes. After several visits to the dealership, and $1000 later, the issue was solved with a new crankshaft position sensor, new...

Can anyone please help with clunk Tsb

When I am accelerating from a stop, my truck feels to slip for half a second. Best way I could describe it is like putting the truck in neutral (while stopped), foot off the brake pedal, and shifting into drive. That happens each time I accelerate some-what hard from a stop. Could it be the slip...

    Problem After Cleaning Intake Filter

Update: After installing new MAF sensor and the cleaned intake filter, all lights have disappeared. It also appears that the rough idle is now gone! 180,000 hard driven miles, and the engine is running smoother than ever. :rockit:

Permanently Disabling Park Assist & Rear Air Compressor

Is there a fuse I can pull to disable the rear parking assist and the air compressor? I replaced my rear shocks for the third time, and went with a coil-over set up. I'm running new OEM shocks up front. I've heard that if I pull the fuse out for the compressor, the front shocks will stop...

    Problem After Cleaning Intake Filter

I had the filter out for 3 days! Next time, I'll only wrap a grocery bag around the tube with a rubber band. Question - can I still drive the truck with the damaged sensor? And if anyone else is ordering anything from Rock Auto, you can use this code to get 5% off your purchase: 96788357969687

    Problem After Cleaning Intake Filter

... ---------- Post added at 09:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:32 PM ---------- Well, I took apart the intake today and found out that I damaged the MAF sensor when I stuffed the tube with a rag so any debris wouldn't go inside. Ordered a new AC delco sensor from rockauto.com for $60.

Is my fuel gauge horribly inaccurate or did my tank shrink?

Silverado and Escalade both have done this. Their gauges are very inaccurate when it's not sitting on level ground.

    Problem After Cleaning Intake Filter

I took my AEM dryflow filter out 3 days ago to clean it with water. I tucked a microfiber towel inside the tube to avoid having anything enter inside, and just to be 100% safe, wrapped a grocery bag with a rubber band around it, too. Today, I installed the filter and got a CEL with the usual...
