Do you have power or manual seats? I want to do that mod to my front seats but not sure if it's possible on power seats

Obviously others hour you taken care of by now, but yeah I have power seats. Many people on the tech thread mentioned the passenger side nut being encased in a spring and a plastic cone. Wasn't one on mine. Idk if they did it differently for the Denali or in 2006, but it was just the nut on the threads for me. As mentioned previously, grease it up really well and do a few back and forths.

After:

And that's not as far as it will go, but with how far back my seat was at the moment, it started hitting the second row seat. If I'd moved the seat up some, it would lay back even more.

Changed the oil myself for once. Didn't realize how easy it was on these trucks. My dad got in the habit of having our mechanic do it when he had a Ford because they were a PITA. I ended up having to drive a screwdriver though the old filter because none of my tools fit it  but the new one went on no problem.

I had @JKmotorsports tint my windshield with 30% today at lunch and it looks awesome. Hadn't had a chance to really test it though, since it's kinda cloudy for once in Austin this summer.

Hand snug on those filters, not hulk snug lol. I always try and use fram filters as they have a grip portion at the bottom. Almost like bedliner material.

Tailgate looking good. Now have to paint the wiper and window button white lol. Jk the handle was the only part that really stuck out.
