Well you get almost the same effect either way, but the power running board actually add functionality. However the skirts cover to the front edge so they look better. Your are lowered......so Skirts.

F-ing a it did. I wanna win a TOM so i changing up my game. The gap im talking about is the Space under the rocker panels. Reason why i left the oem running boards on is that they make the truck look lower and with them off they look goofy. I feeling the same effect with the power running boards.
