I vote Kasey cause Steve Meade is a pompous ignorant fat-ass douchebag.

I always thought he seemed like a cool dude from the vids. Always letting random people who wanna hear the bump just jump in his ride. His videos are very informative too.

You must be proud of the hard work that you have put in because it definitely paid off. NICE TAHOE
actually I've been seeing a lot of DIY jobs lately and appreciate my own that much more haha! :)
I love working really hard and paying attention to every detail then putting it back together, like the center console, and seeing the finished product

but thanks!! :)

I noticed you said that you had 2 sets of 6.5s in your front door but I only see 1 in the pics, do you have pics with both sets in?
if I said I had 2 in the front that was my mistake
maybe 2 6.5's but not 2 sets
I am hoping to get another 6.5 set for my Q-Logics

Also in the distance test video were you using the rockford fosgate speakers or the t3 speakers
those were the Fosgate speakers
the t3's tweeters blew as soon as I put them on power so those came out right away

I vote Kasey cause Steve Meade is a pompous ignorant fat-ass douchebag.
well thanks I guess haha!
but what makes you think that?
I'm curious...

He is? I always heard even from Kasey that he was a cool guy.
chill ass dude to me, always hooks me up when I need it.
texted him on a few random days and got demos so I'd say he's pretty cool

I always thought he seemed like a cool dude from the vids. Always letting random people who wanna hear the bump just jump in his ride. His videos are very informative too.
true that!
I know a lot of people with loud systems that think they are above everyone else and no one should be blessed to hear there system
steves down to let anyone hear it

Thats what i was thinking. If you go on his site and read the forum, he seems hella chill and seems to help out anyone.
yup yup he stays pretty active on his forum

on to the updates since I don't think I brought it over here yet

past 2 weeks I...

bought a Sundown SAZ3500D
set my mind on 6 15's I just can't decide which ones yet I'm stuck between a couple brands
just bought a battery tonight weighs 110 pounds but has a 134ah rating :)
that will be 1 of 4 batteries
talked to Rockford about some more components
going to buy some Kicker Hyperflex pretty soon to get a ground run and some misc. pieces for amps to batts and interconnecting batts

thats all I can think of right now besides its going to be tuned stupid low and the amp will be wired at .67 on 15.2v :)

all off the sundown hence why its going to be wired to .67
with all those subs in one box off one amp I won't see .67ohm but its nice to be able to wire below 1 ohm without it going in protect

yeah I picked it up initially said it wasn't too bad..
walked it over to my hoe and it was a little heavier
got home and pulled it out, ****** gained a few pounds haha
carried it upstairs and I was reminded why I started with only 1k watts on a little Kinetik haha

it will be 1 of 4 though :)

As long as you kiss his ass and/or don't disagree with his quality of work, constant self *******, or late 90s SPL philosophy, he likes you. He has to, he wants to make money off you.

When you have any disagreement he acts like a little gangstah-wannabe ***** and starts with the immature profanity and name calling. Basically, he's a prima-dona, and i have 0 tolerance for people who think they are the shizzle or above adult conversation merely because they have internet nutswingers.

Generally he does decent quality work, I'd give him a solid 7 on fabrication, but he's not very innovative, he isn't open to critiques, the work underneath the flash is middling at best, and he generally behaves like a complete douchebag blingboy in every vid I have ever seen him in. I might have though that was cool if I was 15 or 20, but I am not.

I don't doubt that under certain conditions he is very nice, but I personally don't like him.

what its like from my point of view
IMG_8613.jpg

you can see where it started to rub before I rolled the fender
IMG_8614.jpg

IMG_8615.jpg

and my favorite picture of the group ;)
IMG_8616.jpg

took the front 6 body mounts out today
it was a lot trickier than the rear
but it was fun seeing my hoe tuck tire :D

IMG_8618.jpg

and the gap between the back hatch and rear bumper
you can also see the lack of tow hitch since I didn't have any pictures of it before
IMG_8619.jpg

I need to do some serious fender rolling because all 4 corners rub.. well actually I figured out the back 2 wheels were rubbing on the plastic fender liner in some spots still so I cut it a little more but she's lookin real clean tonight I'll get some updated pictures up of the body drop tomorrow :)

and the way it sat before I did the front body mounts
