Suede Sun Visors?

Any help on these I don't want to ruin anything.
I am going to be putting black suede on them but I need to get the extension plastic out and the mirror plastic out in order to tuck the material.

I'm going to be redoing them because I learned you can take the apart.
but last night I just tucked in the material.

this was a very tricky bend to do and make it still look clean

getting there...

this is a little plastic trim piece that goes over the sun visor extender that I painted body color
trust me it looks better than that the camera doesn't like metallic paint under bright light.
