Removing a 3 inch body lift while keeping 6 inch suspension lift

I have a 04 Tahoe 4x4 that has a 6 inch suspension lift with a 3 inch body lift. How hard will it be to remove just the body lift? Do I need to look for anything that will need to be adjusted other than taking out the blocks? I have new bushings and stock bolts to install. Any help is appreciated!!!! Shops want 2k plus to remove it.

Any modifications will have to be reverted for any linkages, steering shaft, fuel filler tube, radiator brackets, brake lines etc.
