I have a 2011 Yukon Denali and when the rear AC is on, it blows cold air but only out of the vents on the floor. It will not switch over to blow out of the vents in the roof. Does this sound like a blend door issue and if so, where is that located on my vehicle? I have done a search of the site and was not able to find anything about this topic.

Thank you

Sounds like it to me. I don't know exactly where that rear mode door actuator would be located, but I would guess by the rear AC blower motor under the plastic trim panel in the rear cargo area on the passenger side

when you remove the passenger rear kick panel the up/down actuator is located right where the vent pipes split up & down, since this is the fulcrum point to place the the door, the actuator nearest the blower motor is the hot/cold blend. there are plenty of youtube video's showing how to access the rear panel, basically you have to take the trim off where the rear hatch open's both top and bottom, then the rear passenger side pillar comes off then you can access the panel where the hvac is located.
