Protecting soft touch interior door pulls

So my 2025 Tahoe has a lovely interior largely covered with soft touch material, including all the door pulls. Does anyone have a solution to protecting these bare leather handles from aging and the ravages of thousands of hands? It would be nice if someone if for example you could get a small clip on cover for the interior door handle. I use this car in my tour and livery business...
