Anyone know the manufacturer of this 2009 Tahoe PPV storage box??? No tag or manufacture stamps. Top two are drawers the bottom 3 are empty.

Was removed from either Texas DPS unit or a Houston PD / Sheriff unit here in Harris or Montgomery Counties. Story is a little vague.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Bottom side is for portable truck scales. The center would be for a rifle.

The cargo barrier attachment is similar to what thecopcar had originally.

id guess DPS. I don’t know the manufacturer however.

The locker that came with theothertwin. It’s been in thecopcar to replace the much heavier one originally installed.

Truck scales…..that make so much sense. That explains the slide in shelves.

Trying to locate the manufacturer due to I need a key for the locks. May have to resort to a lock smith, we shall see.

I don’t think the locks are anything magic, just basic utility cabinet hardware.

Your were right nothing special. Locksmith was able to make me a key. So we are good to go.

Look good finally in the truck. Not finished with the interior panels as I haven't finalized the radios and antennas just yet. Just so far so good.

AZDPS uses same.. I got one with two upper small drawers and two big lower drawers, one with twin rifle setup.. put it in my ‘09 BP tahoe.. was going to use gun drawer for hunting, but after first hunt, I snatched brackets out and tossed em.. easier and quieter to have rifles in back seat.. and more room for storage of other stuff.. replacing drawer slides is a BISCUIT though !! LOOL but I like the setup.! I keep rear seats down, and my dog rides there with a harness and a short lead attached to the partition grill for safety and so he doesnt go through the window barking at cars.. cattle dogs are smart, but apt to do dumb crap like that..

I ended up snagging a pair of these to keep mine in. Not originally installed by TX DPS, because they don’t transport prisoners.

Side benefit is, if someone is trying to speed past, I just roll the back windows. That’s usually helps with getting religion.
