Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD

How's the Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD? I found a used one for $450 (obo) that comes with the steering wheel control adapter, onstar bypass and Bose system adapter, and the iPod/iPhone adapter.

I'd eventually want to add the HD radio adapter and maybe the bluetooth adapter. Anything else I'd need?

Is this a good product? How about the price? I've never had a stereo switched out in a vehicle before.

Not that bad. It's a couple years old. I can get the 4400BH and the ipod cable for $450. The steering wheel control adapter, onstar bypass and Bose system adapter woul\d be around $140.

it doesn't have built in bluetooth, or HD radio that the 4400 has. So if you had to buy that separately, it would be the same price for a brand new unit with it all built in and works flawlessly. the 4300 doesn't show BT phonebook were 4400 has. the HD radio being built in is nice.

I had the 4300, then the 4400, and now the 8400, so feel free to ask any questions... lol


Overall, I would do the 4400BH

No complaints at all!
I had the 4200 (2010 model), and now have the 4300 (2011) model that is almost the same.
I also used the PAC OS-4 and PAC SWI-PSv1 for my integration adapters and they have worked flawlessly.

Just my .02 cents, get the 4400. Hd radio, Bluetooth and you can add satellite radio if you choose. You can a good deal on one. May as well get what you want and not worry about the woulda coulda shoulda....
