Parts interchange

are the truck interior parts interchangeable, with the suv's? like seats, console, dash?

it was mainly seats and center console i was worried about. the dash thing is more or less the little bezel that wraps the radio and the heater controls. since mine was a ppv its doesnt have a nice bezel (drilled) or center console. i was hoping some of the long timers here knew but maybe my questions where not that clear.
