Well folks, I finally bit the bullet and swapped out my OEM Bridgestone Alenza M&S's for the Michelin Premier LTX's. I understand that the Bridgestone's tread was worn almost down to the wear-bars, but holey smokes - What a difference in ride smoothness and noise! I feel that the Bridgestone tires felt better in cornering, but some of that can be the fact that there was less tread to "squish". Dry traction on the Michelin's versus the Bridgstone's is night and day. The Bridgestone's were breaking loose any time I'd hammer it up to about 35 MPH. Now bring on the snow!

What made you chose those tires? I'm between those and Defenders. Thanks!
