I have a 2011 XL Denali, which is my 4th Denali and my 7th GMC vehicle over the last 20 years... I drive a lot of miles and trade them every few years... I am ready now to trade up to a 2015, but I am turned off by the pricing of the new models, esp the Denali. Has anyone made the switch from a prior model Denali to a new "non-Denali," and if so were you disappointed? .... I love the power and pickup of the 6.2L... I've test-driven the 2015 Denali, and it is awesome -- much quicker and tighter than my 2011 -- but it's about $10-12K more than what I paid 4 years ago, and I can't justify it. Thanks for any feedback......

My first Yukon was a 2015 so I've never owned an older model. I have driven a 2014 Denali and can say the 2015 is so much better IMO. They have come a long way with this model. I did drive a 2015 SLT pretty well loaded up as a rental for a couple of months while I was waiting on my Denali to come in and it too was better than the 2014 Denali IMO. I would go with the 2015 personally.

I'm in that exact situation but still own both. My 2015 slt has more features then my 09 Denali.
