rear end thump and broken pinion gear totth question.
Thanks for the welcome guys! I got a question in my rear end of my truck ever since i got my truck when i drive off i get a loud thump only sometimes, when starting off or stopping at lights. had this sound for like 5 years. i just took the rear cover off and found one of the teeth to the pinion gears stuck to the magnet on cover. turns fine and everything, should i let it be till it breaks or replace the pinion gears right away?
