Well soldering was useless. The stuff wouldn't stick to the wire. Thought it was weird since I was using lead free rosin core. After half an hour I gave up and crimped the thing. Got it all working and now both my lights turn on instead of one. I also had to change the loop terminal on the DDM harness. Thing was too small to fit the terminal bolt. I don't see how anyone could hook that thing to their battery. Next up comes the alignment and TBI rebuild. The damn thing keeps dying out when I start it.

Haven't been on in awhile. Here's a list of everything I've done lately.
Magnaflow Exhaust Tip
Spectre TBI Spacer
Edelbrock Open Element Air Filter
NBS Master Cylinder

Need some advice. I'm rebuilding the TBI and I wanna know if I should do the ultimate TBI mod. Doesn't seem like it would help much but if anyone has done it and gotten noticeable improvements let me know.

TBI mods are worth it, its off anyways to rebuild it, I got a slight mpg gain too

Thanks for the response, I will definitely do them when i have it off again. I wish you would have posted earlier when I had it off.

Looks good. I'll have to try that. Thanks.

Installed new oil cooler and power steering lines. For the power steering you need a 16 stubby wrench.

Tires and front end were gone plus gas. Cheaper for me to sell since I'm in high school. Got a sweet lifted Cherokee now!:party36:

I really need to start reading the end of threads first... :( Go through and start reading about a fellow 95 Tahoe build only to find out you sold it. hah. Dang.

What did you think about the ProComp shocks you had, while you had it?

I feel your pain as I am also in highschool. Takes me 98 bucks to fill up. Can't blame you for getting a Cherokee though. I was looking at several lifted ones myself before getting my Yukon.

Worst shocks I have ever had. If your Tahoe is a trail rig that never hits the asphalt go for them. For on-road I would stay far away from them. The worst ride I have ever experienced was with those, I'm amazed nothing broke in the interior from all the rattle and bumps. Actually, I think the crack in the dash got bigger from them haha. If your Tahoe is a DD, I would go with some Skyjacker Hydros, they are good for off-road and have a smooth ride.

At least mine was only $80 to fill up. I've always wanted a Cherokee but I couldn't find one clean enough with a low price tag. A solid axle is kinda required in Utah with Moab, Mineral Basin, etc.
