I noticed that on my passenger side, the door don't seem to be aligned properly at the top. This isn't the case on the driver's side.

Anybody else noticed this?

^^^^^x2^^^^^

Get the dealer to address that.
Any fix for this? I have 2025 AT4 Yukon XL and have had the body shop tighten down both the drivers side front and passenger door. Originally the passenger door didn’t shut tight. I’m getting a ton of wind noise above 70 mph. They’ve adjusted the doors 3 times to tighten them down. They appear to be in line now but before either the front was out or the rear door our further. The wind noise is driving me crazy and will take in again to try tightening further.

Anyone else have a lot of wind noise coming from drivers side?

Yea, this is body shop at the dealer. They have been helpful. Just curious if this path I am going down is actually going to fix it. So was wondering if others had wind noise and found a solution.

Try blue painters tape to cover parts of the door gaps until you can narrow down the problem area. You may need a helper to tape you in!

That is exactly what my next step was going to be before taking back to the dealer. Will report back.

Also keep in mind it could be leakage around the door glass, windshield glass or trim, sun roof, antenna or roof rails as well.

How in the hell does it even get off the assembly line like that?! Absolutely pitiful.
I have asked that question multiple times. The first time around you could feel the rear door not latching tightly. When the body shop manager looked at it he said it was obvious. He also said he’s had other vehicles in having doors tightened down. Frustrating.

I took off the roof rails. Agree on all the other points. That is why I was curious if something others have seen and fixed. A lot of variables here.

Very much so. Keep us posted. Seen a lot of people complaining about paint jobs on these new ones, but nobody complaining about door/body lines not lining up. Ridiculousness !

i just happened to be on my phone looking down the side of mine and noticed the bottom rear passenger door line sticks out slightly, enough to notice. 2025 purchased new and now has just over 5k miles. never noticed it before and went online looking.
