Gold Emblems on esco

I have a white 02 escalade, my emblems are a little tarnished. Need to get news ones what do people think of Gold cadillac emblems and escalade letters?

I dont like gold on anything. especially a car. But its yours, do what you like, not others. Thats what makes all our rides unique.

I think it looks great on a dark navy blue color. But, im still on the fence on how it'd turn out with the white diamond color

Please dont do it! jk! seriously i dont lifke gold because its fake, but i went through a phase when all i wanted was more chrome! but then i changed my mind and took all the lettering off and looks tons better now. And if people dont know its an escalade by looking at it then they dont care anyway chrome or gold. Only thing ive noticed with gold emblems is that do seem to fade quite a bit. Now that might be due to the quality of job done on them. Do what you want , make it your caddy!

Mine had gold on it when I got it and removed it first thing, replaced it with chrome. Much cleaner IMO..

Ya I'm still on the fence.. It's about a 300$ option for the real gold plated stuff. It could add a little color to my white and black theme im going for. Still debating......

Gold is growing on me...kinda has that old school cadillac flavor.

For $300 bucks i put that into something else. Rims/ or something. Dont know if you already getting those. Just seems high to me for a emblem. That i know here, would get jacked from the car.

It was going to be given to me, I have my pick of just new regular emblems or the gold set.. I'm saving up for rims and will throw some on come spring time. Im leaning towards the factory 22's coming out on the new escalades.. But ya I like the gold just cuz it does look old school and puts some color into it. But, at the sametime sometimes I think it looks cheesy

Oh, well then, id say try it out. If you dont like it, im sure you could sell the emblems and get some regular ones.
