Hello,
While back home in Florida for a few days, I attempted to remove and replace the intake manifold cover on the 2015 Escalade. We managed to get the 4 fasteners removed and injector wire harness plugs removed from either side. That was the easy part.
Getting access for the rear 4 harness clip locations, specifically the center one on the far aft side of the cover (closest to the firewall) ended up taking more time and more involved that I had expected. We worked on it at home. I assume better access on a lift and with a long bar for access from the bottom?
We ended up swapping the easier items such as the valve cover plastic covers and the shroud that goes around the intake cover.
Will give another attempt when I am home with more time.
