Hello all.

New around here and hoping someone had the same issue as me but with a solve.
I opted to plug this CarPlay into my 12v using fm transmitter instead of paying $800-1000 usd for a head unit installation.

Anyway the sound from the transmitter is so silent. My volume knob needs to be turned up all the way. Even with it turned up the sound is soft I suppose it feels like the speakers want to work but produce a lower quality and volume. If I switch the fm radio station the sound plays normal and 100x more powerful.

Here’s a link for reference

Dr. Google says: Go to Settings->Music. Turn off Sound Check.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve done both with no fix. I think the amplifier isn’t giving 100 percent with the Bluetooth connection . Not something I can fix myself. I’ll end up checking with an audio shop. Thank you .

Good luck, but in the future, you will get further assistance if you answer any questions we post about your issue.

I just had this issue with a CarPlay radio I installed go into your settings I forget exactly where I think it’s in device and then audio but just look around there will a setting about amp power and you need to turn that on to send power to the amp all the time.
If you don’t have this setting you can also wire the blue amp wire into the 12volt key on power
