Anyone else having this many issues as I’m having or mine is just a POS?!?! 1 year of ownership and 8 times it’s been in the shop. I keep getting told it needs a software update…….

I'd say you had better try another dealer to resolve once and for all. There is nothing on here that can't be correctly diagnosed and fixed for good.

Wife's denali need a valve replaced within the emissions system associated with the exhaust (symptom was exhaust smell in the cabin). And they are having an issue with the hvac system, otherwise so far so good.
All in all, working with GM is a terrible experience, her hvac case has been open with GM since first part of January with no ETA or any guess of when they will have a fix.
