Unfortunately, I did not install the unit myself so I have little knowledge. The guys who installed are the best in town and stand by their work. They have been good to me, but they have no clue what the problem is.
The "NavTV Barracuda VIM" worked perfect. The problem was the cars electronics kept shorting out. The dash instrument panel (speedometer), AC, and Nav would all shut off and then reboot.
This would happen a lot. sometimes 5 times in a row. sometimes just once then would be fine.
The biggest issue is the AC would reboot, and sometimes only blow out hot air.
Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks
