the other day at the car wash we had a dude at the car was in an 08 escalade with 185,000 miles on it. the dude said he still owed over $50,000 on it... all i could say was holy shit.


the owner then proceeded to tell me he is waiting on Obama to help him get out of it...he was dead serious.

Shit with that much driving i would demand a company car. Im sure he will drive it until it falls apart

wow that sucks, these cars should go over 175,000 without having to replace the engine or tranny. I have an 02 yukon xl with 160,000 on it and i havnt had one problem.

ya i have been lucky. its the 2500 with the 8.1 liter, I tow a boat and 10,000 lb travel trailer so its been a good car.

I almost bought a black on black 07 regular escalade (not esv) that I found on autotrader - had 79,000 miles, LOADED minus the navigation and was $27,800. I could have got it for 27 flat. That ESV is WAYYYYY overpriced. It should go for low low 20's.
