Hello I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe with the 5.3. Lately I have been having problems with the A/C. I will turn it on to the lowest temp on the dial. It will start blowing out cold air. But then a couple of minutes later it will start blowing warm/hot air out. I changed the a/c switch next to the accumulator and I just changed the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor that is on the A/C line going to the A/C Compressor. It is till doing the same thing. Could it be another sensor or a bad cable somewhere? Please help. Thank you.

could be the resistor under the dash, those tend to burn out.
Ok. Will check it out. Thank you. One more thing, I have noticed that when I rev up the engine a bit a few minutes later the a/c starts to be cold again. Do you think that the resistor could cause that?

Hey guys, so I fixed the problem. Turns out it was the clutch on the compressor. The air gap needed to be closed a bit more and that is why it wasn't engaging. Removing the compressor was a huge pain, it was almost as bad as taking out the a/c compressor on my '04 6.0. The good thing is it is fixed and I learned that you don't need to take out the compressor to remove the clutch. Anyway, thanks.
