Ive recently bought multiple products for DRL bulbs (3157/4114). I just tried a cheap pair of white 3157 LED off of ebay. when plugged in, the parking lights wouldnt even turn on. and when i put stock bulbs in, the stick parking lights worked. this is bout my 3rd pair of different bulbs and nothing works! stock bulbs work, but when i try to get a pair of white LEDs in, nothing. if anyone knows a good pair of white led bulbs for DRL or parking lights, please let me know. also im looking for 6000k HIDs for my tahoe as well but everyone says ddm isnt good quality and blah blah and no one knows a good/decent pair that wont break my wallet. any suggestions are welcome. thanks!

I've read on the forum that 4114's always burn out because they can't handle the 14v spike and it's ok to use 3157's for drls. Leds are polarity sensitive, so if they don't work just flip them around 180 degrees and reinstall. Also, the drls won't come on when it's dark and your auto headlights are activated.

i understand that 4114s always go out thats why i chose 3157s. and i also know that they are polarity sensative and i switched them 5 times each and still nothing. and lastly i do know they dont come on when headlights are on and u have to be in drive or reverse, but i plugged them into the parking lights and they still didnt work either.

I have HID in my high, low, and fog lights with the 6000k bulbs. I got through a company called VVME. They are cheap, fast and offer a good warrenty. Only downfall is they come from Korea. If you order monday you should have them by the end of the week. Easy to install and look great
